Why Move?
Movement is essential for development in babies and children, and important in maintaining health and daily functioning across all age groups. The MoveMe! programme provides opportunities for each individual to expand their movement range and abilities through a variety of specially-designed activities.
To “move” also refers to touching the heart – through the nonverbal mediums of music and movement, connections are created between participants of the programme.
Why Me?
“Me” refers to the self – MoveMe! seeks to affirm and acknowledge each individual, and provide a safe space for self-discovery and self-expression.
